Abstract:The "Internet +" is applied in the health management services, which provide a reference for the new model of health management for the whole population and the whole life cycle. Our study first use the big data of Yichang city to integrate the population health information including medical services, health examination, public health and intelligent health monitoring, infectious diseases, chronic diseases, food safety, environmental health from Yichang and diverse information across industry sectors. The data is thrown into the health resource pool of big data after pre-processed using ETL (Extract-Transform-Load), and then synchronized to the health warehouse of big data. Multi-dimensional data model is established so that thematic data analysis can be carried out through data mining tools, and then health assessment model is established to find the city health problem, and finally a healthy white paper is formation. According to the urban health situation, health intervention and promotion measures were made and the effect of health intervention was evaluated to make the health management services for the whole population (healthy people, sub healthy people, and the disease) and the whole life cycle come true, namely, the "Internet +" health management services.
