Abstract:Objective. To analyze the detection of five markers of hepatitis B in different population in Dazhou from 2016 to 2020. Methods: The data of 36,782 patients who underwent five markers of hepatitis B detection from Jan 2016 to Dec 2020 in 3 general hospital in Dazhou city were collected and analyzed statistically. Results: The HbsAg positive rate in Dazhou from 2016 to 2020 was 2.43%, and the annual change of HbsAg positive rate showed a decreasing trend (χ2= 57.274,P<0.001); The HbsAg positive rate of male (2.82%) was higher than that of female (2.04%)(χ2= 42.482,P<0.001); There was significant difference in the HbsAg positive rate among different age groups (χ2= 246.595,P<0.001). The lowest positive rate was found in 5-year-old group (0.76%), and the highest positive rate was found in 35-54 group (3.07%); Among the main modes of HBs Ag carrying, big three Yang(22.60%),small three Yang(41.95%) and 1,5positive(23.60%) accounted for 88.15%;1,5 positive rate in male (25.58%)was higher than that in female(20.90%)(χ2=18.645,P<0.05);1,5 positive rate(30.77%)and small three Yang(62.33%) in 35~54-age people were highest; big three Yang(41.46%) in 15~24-age people was highest; 60.11% people were negative for all the five markers, among them, the highest was ≤5 age people(77.67%).Conclusion: In the past five years, the positive rate of HbsAg in male was higher than that of female in Dazhou, and it was mainly in young adults, which should be regarded as the key object of prevention and treatment, and at the same time, attention should be paid to children, mainly focusing on the prevention and treatment of the three Yang and three Yang and the total negative pattern of the population, so as to do a good job of three-level prevention.
